Im really interested in learning the history of the black panther party and I was wondering were there any books that were out.

Soul On Ice, by Eldridge Cleaver. Why don't you learn about the 'white panther', instead?

Hint: He's compared to a lion in the Bible, and is Jewish, by race.

Yes it is. It is a book by Rudyard Kipling titled The Jungle Book.
Baggeria was a Black Panther who made friends with Baloo and Mowgie. They got along just fine until Sher Kahn showed up.
