This is about power. When someone is in a position of power (especially if it's over you, and the group you're in) that produces an immensely erotic charge. Don't worry about it, it doesn't mean you fancy him.
Mind you, I felt that way towards my boss over 30 years ago. We are still (happily) married, and now the power is more evenly distributed !
