figure out how to end the war asap.
figure out why most of the the world doesn't like us anymore and start fixing it.
increase taxes for wealthy lower for middle class and poor again.
redo social and housing programs so they work. instead of suck taxes while homelessness and poverty increase.
welfare mothers still get shelter and help instead of single no babies a reward for kids you cant afford for the poor is still there.
hire a lot of legal people to get rid of bad govt employees who don't make the programs work cause they don't know or don't want to work. (biggest waste of domestic tax dollars!)
in business first work long hours in govt short no production required. of course it fails. why are social workers hourly?
why r there none at night on weekends when there is need?
deal with shortage of emergency rooms. and cost. every er should have a low income clinic 24/7 divert those working take kids selves at night and weekends to clinic not use up expensive ER. easy fix.
deal with skid row in la and ny. now!
the horror!
help disabled who can work get better medical care and housing so they can get well enough to be productive. reduce benefits for those perm will never work and medical for them and retired and shouldn't be better than for those hoping to someday work. but it is. backwards.
figure out how to deal with Korea and china before a war starts.
set up American businesses to make cheep goods and services for homeless and poor for non profits by Mexicans and south Americans at good wage for there ( which would be too low for here). so they can go home to starving families and survive and live at home. no more hated for just trying to survive and we can also benefit fronm low cost goods and servcies while helping them.

Wait, you're making a couple assumptions that I don't entirely agree with. (1) That America is the same as the United States of America. And (2) that the USA is the leader of the free world.
Last I knew, we still don't have equal rights and opportunities for all people, so I don't think we're the leaders of the free world.

well first things first, all the hot babes would be required by MY new Law, to wear ither Blk or red thongs 24/7 365 if found with reg panties,they would be sent to Mexico and a Life Long Ban from ever entering MY united states again. no exceptions on this new Law!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would reform programs for the homeless and try to help them find housing and jobs
