My guess is monday moringings... for two reasons.
1) No one but your boss is fully awake at that time. So no one will be able to retain anything you tell them. (case of the Mondays)
2) Also your boss will insist that you start the work week off on a good foot. If he/she catched you socializing, then you might be in trouble.
