The last news I read about this is that the e coli is in the water supply in the area that the spinach was packaged in. There are too may cases of people becoming sick from e coli for it to have come from one person. They probably have checked the farm workers and packers if they are now looking at the water supply. The spinach is cleaned after the farm workers handle it anyway so that couldn't be the source. Whether people are here illegally or not has nothing to do with whether they wash their hands.

I think it's a plot to poison Americans for being opposed to letting them run across the border. I mean, why now, all of a sudden, is e coli so rampant?
