Put plants under fluorescent grow lights, warm temps above 50F, water daily but don't drown, use humidifier if house needs heating. Some plants respond to a short cold shock @40F by ripening more quickly in the next week. A high CO2 level may ripen picked fruit faster. If there is a nursery greenhouse nearby they could be much more familiar with local plant needs.

Wrap them, individually, in newspaper. Get a large paper bag and put them inside. It doesn't matter where you put them, the gases inside the bag will do the ripening. Don't open the bag to check on them for at least 2 weeks. If you do, you will let the gases out and they will have build up again. They will be good, but not as good as "vine ripened".

I think cutting them off the plant w/ the stem still attached to them. And put them (not touching each other) on a window sill. Or to get them to ripen faster, put them in a bag w/ a ripe banana.
