well, I can't send you a video, sorry. but you should take your time. the first time I tried it, it took me about 30min. It hurt pretty much and I needed a mirror. You could just use a mirror, and see if it goes inside.

Relax your making things worse. I had trouble my first time too. If your period isn't heavy then it will be harder to do, sounds gross but you need a little lubrication for it to go in easier. I am really not sure if there is a video or not but really stop for now because stressing will make it harder to do if you do find some useful video.

Relax. Lots of people can't make it work the first time. I would say put it down for now & try again next month. You've probably made yourself too tense for now. You might try a little vaseline on the end of it to help.

Try putting a little body oil on the plastic part. Then try putting it in. It may slide right in where it needs to go. Good luck!

Just relax. When you are tense tampons are more difficult to insert.

here's a good explanation with a video.

I hope you're using a junior size, and not something big like a heavy flow size, cause that will only make it harder. push out and relax your muscles like you're trying to pee, then it should go in easier.

You have to push it in toward your anus, not upward like you probably think.
