The only way to clear this is to connect a flexible pipe from the hot tap to the cold tap. you then open the hot tap fully, and then turn on the cold tap so that the cold water runs up the hot tap and blows the air lock out. do this for about 2 minutes then quickly turn off the cold tap pull the hose pipe off the hot tap and see if the hot water runs as it should do then. You may have to do this a few times.
