There are signs, on interstate 90, going East or West, in the Cleveland Ohio area,
They are have HC on them, are circled in red, with a / thru them, I, see these a lot, and nobody this way, in Pa, has an inkling, of what they mean, Could it be maybe meaning a no hospital area, Any help appreciated Thanks, Jo

I don't know what they mean but here in Oregon we have those but it is an "S" not HC. if you do find out let me know please.
