No, but you might be able to find a county hospital where they will do it for free (like County-USC in LA, etc)

This is very tricky because insurance fraud may be involved. If your condition has already been diagnosed and documented by a doctor or facility and then you get insurance it may be know as a pre-existing condition. If you can wait it out, that clause may only last for 3 months or so after you get insurance. If waiting is possible, let 6 months to a year go by and if the condition is still bothering you go to a doctor that is in your insurance network.

No, insurance companies do not operate that way. You must have the insurance prior to the accident. You may get some coverage under Medicaid. I don't know your financial circumstances. But that would be a place to start. Or you can discuss it with your surgeon or family doctor.

the simple answer is no.
the more complex answer involves how did you get hurt??? on the job is covered by workers comp. A car accident is covered by car insurance. If you got hit or fell in a store the store's insurance is responsible.
any hospitals social workers dept/billing department can help you with medicaid coverage.
good luck

Maybe, but if you need the surgery right away I don't think you can wait around for the insurance to kick in. Besides they will probably get wind of your lurid scheme and charge you outrageous premiums for coverage.

Highly unlikely. Many insurance policies have a "pre-existing conditions" clause. You need to read the fine print on any insurance policy you buy.

The only thing I can think of would be to apply for medicaid. An insurance company won't pay if you didn't have a policy at the time of injury.

No. Most insurances have a pre-existing clause. Meaning that if a condition exists prior to coverage it is not covered.

Nope, the insurance company would consider that a pre-existing condition and it is not covered.

No. You can't get insurance AFTER you are already injured.
You have to work out a payment plan with the doctor and hospital.
