Now obviously you have been under a rock the past few days. REPUBLICANS LOVE CHILDREN. IE: MARK FOLEY!
I think one answer to this question has to do with Control, AMERICA, in it's purest Constitutional form is a truly free thinking country. When you have people who can think freely and for themselves they are not easily "led" nor do they "blindly follow". Republicans and the CONservative way of thinking does not go along with people being able to think for themselves or think freely. Conservatives have an "agenda" they feel compelled to force on the people of America and when you have an "agenda" it is very hard to force that on a free thinking people. Therefore, they HATE the fact that people might be able to think thru some of what they are forcing on them. They feel they MUST control the people to enforce upon them their "agenda" and this control takes the form of hate. HATE and FEAR are the 2 most effective ways of controlling a "population". Just look at what religion has done for the last few hundred years. Hate and fear is what is used from a religious standpoint to control people and THAT is apparently what the Republicans have taken from religion as tools to control people.

Take off your democrat sunglasses for a minute (I say this with respect). Dems are constantly blaming the U.S. for all the ills in the world. This country, it's people (including soldiers) and public servents are not perfect but if you look at the big picture we do have the moral high ground. We do not go to take over nations, we liberate them. True, it is often to our advantage but that shouldn't overshadow the results. Republicans love this country along with it's laws and constitution.

In one of your other questions, you spit in the face of millions of brave soldiers, both alive and dead, by referring to the flag as "a red, white and blue cloth" and suggesting that it was OK to burn it. I am all for freedom of speech, and I hate that so many people try to dream up all kinds of new laws, and I believe that a law to prohibit flag burning is unconstitutional... that being said, YOU hate America when you say that the flag is just a piece of cloth. Many, many brave servicemen and women have suffered and died to protect that flag, and you insult their sacrifices with such an insensitive question. As much as I love freedom of speech, it really curdles me to see people disrespect it like you do...
I am Republican, and I love this country. Liberal pukes like you have nothing to offer but hate, negativity, lies and conspiracy theories. You don't believe in personal responsibility and the sacrifices of our brave soldiers obviously mean nothing to you but an opportunity to joke about a piece of cloth. You have not asked a question, this a chance for a gutless weasel like you to spew more hate at a great nation. You would rather tear it down and feed it one morsel at a time to our enemies than lift a finger to defend it.

Remember when someone told you that there were no stupid questions? They lied to you. This is one of them. If a person actually believes a certain political party hates America, they should ignore all of those "Get out and Vote!" commercials and proceed directly to their basement on election day.
Neither democrats nor republicans hate America. I believe you need to delve into the issues and not rely on whatever medium and/or soundbit you are getting information from.
