where do i start?

I am thinking about starting a property management business. Who do I call or contact? what am I suppose to do to make it all legal? do i have to take any courses??? HELP ME!! PLS

If you just own one or two or three properties, you don't need a real estate sales license. If you own a big complex, you might need to take classes. To manage other people's properties, you will need a realtor's license. Plus, they're very helpful to teach you about the rules and regulations, and they provide materials that are very helpful.

Check with the board of Realtors.
