I need a QB. Someone offered me Brees for TO. I also have A. Johnson and Reggie Wayne at WR. Good deal?

You didn't say who your current QB is. That makes all the difference.

I'm sure you drafted T.O. fairly high. He's a head case, but his value is probably a bit low now. Wait for him to blow up, hopefully this week, then trade him if you must.

Brees is nice, but QBs can be found even on the waiver wire in many leagues.

Wayne and Johnson are second tier WRs. I'm not sure you have the depth to pull this off.

Actually this is one trade I would take D. Brees is looking great this year and If you need a QB go for it. A. Johnson and R. Wayne are not slouch at the WR position. I would go for it.

I checked their playoff schedules and there quite similar D. Brees compaired to TO that is. In weeks 14 -17 they play almost all the same teams so your not taking a loss their either.

I think its a good deal.

In your case yes. As you have a solid receiving corp and apparently no QB. Along with the fact that TO is having a poor year.

Jump all over it. I got rid of T.O. a couple of weeks ago. T.O. is heading toward his pouting stage, and Brees will continue to put very good numbers. Do it now, while you still can. Good Luck.

Take it...TO is nothing but trouble. He'll be done for the season soon. Brees is underrated. san Diego should have kept him.
