Your husband is an abusive loser. And you are a loser for staying with him.
No matter how much you think he will change if you love him enough, he won't.
You should not buy shoes that are three sizes too small, either. No matter how hard you wish, they will never fit you some day.
You two do not appreciate each other or have unconditional positive regard for each other. You don't give each other comfort or security. All you do is question, wonder, and worry.

When you start revealing your dirty laundry to others outside the reationship, you are violating the trust, respect, intimacy, and privacy that exists (or used to) in a relationship. You are turning away from your partner and looking outside the marriage for solutions. This is only appropriate with a therapist. You never mentioned what was so great about him that you chose him for a husband in the first place. All you did was complain about him. You look like a loser for picking him. i don't feel sorry for you. I feel shamed for you.
Why are you complaining to others when it was YOUR choice to SPEND YOUR LIFE with your husband? What can we do but say "Duh. You wet the bed, now sleep in it."
