I think Cingular has a couple of solutions that might help serve you and your needs.

Blackberry 7130c or Blackberry 8700c is great if you do alot of E-mailing, They are durable, and can make you more productive! These phones are world phones.

Nokia E62- Now here is a no nonsence PDA, Nokia's are the most reliable Cell phones in the world, 1 out of every 4 phones sold in the world are Nokias. This PDA can help you get and stay organized, The battery life alone is worth a closer look. If you Travel this is a World phone, Quad band, and yes Cingular has an international Data Roaming agreements in place so you can get more done on the go, Even over seas. Please feel free to E-mail me if you want more information.

I hope this helps!
