Princess Bride is way up there on my list. Especially if you are female, because it is romantic too, but all the men I know love that movie as well.
If you are a Trekkie, even in a minor form, I think Galaxy Quest is one of the funniest movies ever.

I can't believe it! Lisa T beat me to it because I was totally going to say Princess Bride or Galaxy Quest!!! How did she read my mind like that? Also, not that it's a movie, per se, Eddie Izzard's Dress to Kill is the funniest stand up performance EVER. Rent it.
