Im guessing that u dont like him right? well, i have gone through the same crap. This dude was so obsessed that he went around tellen his friends about dreams he had had about like, he having my kid and nasty things like that. I en=ded up having to practally scream at him that it wasnt going top happen. If u dont want to hurt his feelings just say the oldest line in the book, "I dont like u but as a friend" if that doesnt work then flat out tell him no. It may seem harsh but it will get the point out to him. and 2 make it better, dont say it in front of a whole bunch of his friends.

How many times is too many times? If you don't like the guy just be honest with him, tell him you are not interested and you don't think you will ever be interested in him. Just because he has asked you out before doesn't mean you can't give him a shot if you would like to.

4.in a Private place don't just yell it out and embarrass him
5.after you told him how you feel bout him
