You can get pregnant if you miss two consecutive pills, a whole week is damn near guaranteed, that's right during your ovulation cycle. Good luck.

1st of all if you miss three days at ANY time during the pack you should stop taking the pills, wait for your period and start over next month. The rest of the pills won't protect against pregnancy. The middle of the pack is the most dangerous time to miss any pills because you ovulate around this time. If you still have unprotected sex you have a very good chance of getting pregnant. Use a condom until you have your period and then start your next pack like normal. Keep in mind, if you stop taking this pack of pills you are not fully protected until after the first week of your next pack. Keep those condoms on.
