i tell my husband that he makes the best coffee so he'll get up first and make it....so when i get up the coffee is ready

I think all married couples have their own little tricks to get a spouse to do something for him or her. I bet your husband already knows this. I bet he just enjoys making the coffee for you! Did that ever occur to you? Some people do little things just to make the people they love happy. Sometimes getting my favorite icecream is a more romantic gesture than getting a rose from my husband. Because he remembered my favorite kind and he just knew I was in the mood for icecream!

LOL, I do the same with Mikal. Haven't had to get out of bed for my morning coffee since he moved in! It's a little stronger than I like it but I'll never tell him that!

If he pours it for you too do you check for that something special in the cup before you drink? Not saying he does or doesn't just a suggestion. I'm sure he doesn't put anything else in there except what you want right? Oh sorry Normal.

Nope, this falls under the category of "training dumb animals", sometimes you gotta be cruel to be kind.
But we get even, eventually. We might be slower than you lot, but we learn REAL good.
