Because it changes our view either positive or negative about others.

For instance:
Someone could fear another race, but one day had a person from another race save their live, and then their whole view is change about others of that race.

OR
Someone could like people of another race, and then one day be robbed or insulted by someone of another race, and then they hate all people of that race.

Happens everyday. Just watch the news.

In lots of different ways. Example...it you deal with stupid blondes all your life until you turn 18, you are going to assume that all blondes are stupid...if you are told growing up, that fat people are lazy slobs, then you are going to end up believing that fat people are in fact slobs...

the way we grew affects the way we view others. we are mostly affected the way our parents thought us how to be.
