If I could, I would love to fly life flight emergency helicopters. I would get to do a lot of flying, which I love and help people at the same time.
(In case I misunderstood and my choices are limited to the three you list.....a radio presenter, because the work is more steady and easier to find than a tv presenter or actor. )

I'd be a cow. I can be used for meat and milk, thus helping to nourish people. Also I get to hang around in a field eating all day, though be it grass.

Independently wealthy so that I didn't have to work for a living. I could work part time in a charity shop or something.
