Let me rephrase, can I get it over the counter, or without a prescription if Im 18 or older?

I don't think you need a prescription anymore as long as you are over 18. Good luck to you.

Unless TN has its own special law regarding Plan B, it is still prescription only until the winter. The FDA approved it for Behind the Counter sales for people 18 and over during the summer, but it takes about six months for the change to occur. Behind the counter means either a pharmacist or other licensed health professional has to be present for you to buy it. You'll know when the switch occurs because of advertising and the such.

They should be available now,but you at least must be 18years old or older as they don't want Teen girls to have it too easily.
