I would need to know who he was running against. If you put him up against Senator Robert Byrd or Ted Kennedy, then yes I would vote for him. Put him up against Evan Bayh, John Edwards, or Joe Lieberman, and I wouldn't.
It all depends on the competition. This isn't Soviet Union voting. There is a choice between candidates.

If he would promise to secure at least our southern border securing the northern boarder would be nice too.The port borders will always be an economic nightmare to secure.

Yes! Well, unless his opponent would:
1. Promise to stay the course in Iraq until it is finished
2. Stem the illegal invasion IMMEDIATELY
3. Keep trying to make gay marriage illegal
4. Keep trying to make abortion illegal
And since no democrat would ever do these, I would vote for him in a heartbeat!
