i take
fertility blend for women (google it)
my hubby takes fertility blend for men
i also take a tea called fertilitea
have sex 3 times a week (that way you are covered for when u do ovulate)
stay with the sperm inside of you for 30 minutes
less then that, viable sperm can leak out
more then that, and sperm at the mouth of the vagina is not viable anymore so it doesn't do any good.
do not be stresed about it
take folic acid, although if u take the stuff i wrote about in the begining of this, it shoudl take care of that
go to
www.babymed.org for a free fertility callendar, pregnancy countdown and more stuff of what you are lookinig for
ps, someone mentioned robotussin. don't bother with it. why? most fertility problems are not due to thick cervical fluid. so if you take it (although it does not do any harm), you would be taking it for nothing. as i said, most fertility problems are not due to what robobussin can help. robotussin thins out vaginal fluid, but only 1% or so of infertility problems are due to that. most are due to low sperm count of the guy or the woman not ovulating properly. check out the website for more info on that.

Camille - Well first off since you are wanting to get pregnant I would start taking a prenatal or a multi vitamin with Folic Acid in it. Second - You should go to the doctor since you are wanting to get pregnant. I know that when my dh and I wanted to start TTC we went to the doctor for a pre pregnancy check up... I really suggest you do that so that if you have a problem they can starting on it and if not you will be cleared to start ttc.
Someone told me about Robitussin... I have attached a link to the website I found. It helps reduce the cervical mucus.
Also, RELAX - I know its hard but it works!!!
Good Luck

Giving birth to a new life is indeed a blessing which almost every woman would wish to have. How to get pregnant naturally https://tr.im/8znQp
Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

You sound like you want a baby, not picky about the sex, just a baby. If you are under age 35, and have regular periods you should be able to get pregnant within a year. About 50% get pregnant within 3 months of trying...75% within 6 months...and 90% within a year. If you have been trying for more than a year, you need to see a doctor. Are you "trying" right? make sure you have sex every OTHER day (it takes sperm a while to "rebuild", thats why you should not have sex every day when TTC)....also...this is kind of a silly question but...is your vagina dry? your vagina needs to be wet enough to let the sperm live and swim http://www.babyhopes.com/pre-seed.html

My doctor put me on prenatal vitamins as soon as I expressed a desire to conceive. The Folic Acid, among other things, helps to prevent miscarriages. Are your periods heavy and painful? You could actually be having a miscarriage and not even know it. You could mistake the bleeding for your regular period. My doctor said more than 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. The reason for this is because most woman who have a miscarriage never even know they were pregnant.
hope this helps.

Camille, before trying medicines you must be sure that you are doing it the correct way. To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your boy friend to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your boy friend to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

They say to start taking folic acid and a good multi-vit. You can get the folic acid from dark, green leafy veggies like spinach. The folic acid helps prevent birth defects.

as far as i no the most important 1 is folic acid as this stops the baby from getting spineabifida (i think im sure thats what its for) but it is best to take thi in advance of getting pregnant.
you could try talking to your phamasist about this and see what they can recomend.

Doctors actually recommend you start taking a prenatal vitamin before you get pregnant.
