I think just about an good restaurant that is large enough will accommodate you....
Ruth Chris in Woodland Hills has rooms for 40 people (the web site is below. One of the best restaurants in the valley.
Roy's in Woodland Hills is another wonderful restaurant and can hold large groups.. it has more of a Hawaiian fusion to it.. absolutely delicious!!
Maggianos is a Italian restaurant also in Woodland hills and is High end Italian.. check it out also.....the site for all three are attached.

Cafe Bizou in Sherman Oaks is a great restaurant and has a private banquet room.

Bistro Garden at Coldwater, great place, service, food, decor. Plus a private room.
