Wow, tough question. For me it depends on the genre. I am going to have to say that the first Godfather in my opinion is the best movie ever made. Great story, great acting, extremely well made. In a close second is Casablanca. Great love story, and it really is a movie that was the epitome of the World War II era.

ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, directed by Michela Gondry, who also makes some of the best music videos I've ever seen like "everlong" by the Foo Fighters. You need to watch Eternal Sunshine a few times to understand it, and every time I see it i pick out new things I havn't noticed before. Great music, cast, soundtrack, camra work... it has everything.
