When the two of you want to spend all of your time together and don't see that ending. You realize that you have so much in common and know that you don't want to think about anyone else for a future mate.

Usually around the time he asks you to be his wife. Everything up until then is the dating period and if you do really love him, you'll wait for him to pop that question.
I believe you just know those things about people. When you meet them and fall in love with them, you know you either can or cannot marry them.

when you feel like you are ready.i mean that's a question only you can answer. and if you have to ask strangers on Yahoo! Answers then it doesn't sound like you ready. that's a personal decision.
