Wait about a minute then run your hands under cold water.

I don't like using fast drying nail polish myself because it starts to dry while you're applying it and becomes clumpy and gooey. Sooo...instead after I apply my nail polish I use my hairdryer set on the coolest setting. This is definately quicker than just waiting for it to dry on its own.

try using a couple of THIN coats of polish, if you rotate which hand you are working on the first thin coat will be dry before you finish the second hand and you can keep polishing untill you get the shade you want.. it shouldn't take more then 2 or 3 coats..

You can also try using a hair-drier on the low setting for about 20 -or- 30 seconds....DON'T GET TO CLOSE TO YOUR HAND
