I like a quote from When Harry Met Sally. They're playing a version of pictionary and Sally (Meg Ryan) is trying to draw baby talk. Her team gets baby and one of the other players yells out "Baby fish mouth. BABY FISH MOUTH!" The team never gets "baby talk" and the guy who said "baby fish mouth" is complaining that "baby talk" isn't a phrase. Someone else says "Oh but baby fish mouth is sweeping the nation? I hear them talking."
Something about it that I love. Not only funny but an accurate portrayal of how people can get playing those games.

I think in Fried Green Tomatoes there is this quote at the wedding reception that is funny...the groom's cake is like a red dragon or something and this lady sarcastically says, "nothing like a nice hunk of red *ss?" In the movie it's not a real stand out...unless you know to look for it.
