set the input as x and the output as y
the system is y= f(x)
1=f(3)
8=f(24)
12=f(36)
4=f(1)

what is the f(x)?

the first three are y=x/3
the last one is not satisfied by the linear function.

did you type it in correctly?

That's the THIRD question you have asked of the same type. By now you should be able to do it yourself.
