The car is a 1979 Monte Carlo that is being restored and we just found the bent frame.

Yes,anything that can be bent can be straightened.Depends on how bad the bend is whether you do yourself or take to the panel beaters.

Yes depending on the amount of damage.. And if it is slightly out of wack you can fix it your self. You will have to come up with th factory specs and take measurements from point A to B etc. Then use a power ram or a couple trees/posts and some chain come alongs to bend it back. The best bet if you don’t know what your doing is take it to a shop..

You can get a quote on the repair for free at most body shops. Most of them have a frame rack. But then, if you didn't notice it before, is it worth repairing? Is it unsafe this way? Something to consider.

Sure it can be fixed but it may be costly
