does anyone (maybe a doctor) know how to tell the difference between chest fat (man boobs) or actual brast tissue on a man? I know that it is possible for a man to develop breast tissue, but my husband is too embarrassed to see a doctor to know for sure if its just fat or not. He is overweight, but to me, it doesnt look like just fat.

If it's just chest fat, it will be as soft as fat he has in other places. Breast tissue will be firmer.

has he been on any med steroid or hormone , men can grow breasts sex change patients are given female hormones to make them grow some meds can contain ingredients that can start this possess go with him to your GP
