The manual says that the very model that I own has the capability of Matrix Surround, Matrix Surround 2 and Link mode. The screen has either Link or Matrix Surround 1, not 2. It says it will cycle the three modes but on my specific stereo it won't. There is a 1 and a 2 that are dimmed in the background but I would like to know how to set it to Matrix Surround 2. Any Suggestions?

I had the same problem their is a relay on the inside of the radio above the power supply cord make sure that you unplug first then take apart the relay and get about an 8 gaged copper wire to jump from the power supply to the other end of your relay (note) this may keep your cooling system running when your component is off just unplug and u will be fine
