It looks like Magic Mountain will not close in 2007, at least.

It's can't be closing for next year. The reason is because they are selling season passes for this place. So, it has to be open next year. After next year, is a free for all. All the closing parks are on the pass as the website says except for a couple that were open such as Wyandoyt Lake, and the Frontier Parks.

Not likely to close. It's all rumors until I hear it on my local news. I was in high school and my local news announced that Marriott's great America was being sold to another group of investors. The park great america was still standing there, but Bugs Bunny and his friends moved away. So, we just wait.
