Never seen a Spaniard eat a Nacho or a Taco.
Got to be Tapas as Paella doesn't really fit into the snack items.
Could be chips but unlikely

"Tapas" which is also the Spanish word for cap.

Bars in Spain served finger foods with drinks, so when you ordered your adult beverage, you were served a small plate of finger foods which the bartender "capped" your glass with.
