Reason why the crime was committed, poverty, mentality etc, how it affected the person the crime was committed against and the punishment that should be given from the polices point view, judges politicians and victim.

From the perspective of the victim, the culprit and the law. Things like how they felt, why they did it, what type of punishment it merited etc
