after a workout at gym i feel too tense too socialize with anybody

You must be careful, you may be doing the exercises improperly, and straining yourself..... you could also be working out too aggressively and causing tension....

Do you listen to music... uptempo music may actually be causing you to tense up....


Also High Blood Pressure may be another cause it may not be muscular at all... have a medical check up to rule this out.

Massage the back of your neck, apply heat or ice, whichever works best, and try to relax. Adding a muscle relaxant such as "Robax" might also help if all else fails... If you still aren't getting relief, seeing your doctor should become an option

Yes if you do not strecth out properly after your work-out. Went to the gym last nite and my personal trainer said strecthing out is the most important thing after a work-out, if you don't all the muscles will tighten up big time!!

NO. It is normal to be a little sore, but if you are that tense then you are working out too hard and are getting too aggressive.
Try to relax.

It is indeed as ur muscles become taut the more work out u do. It is natural

Yes it is normal, suggest you slow down a little on your deltoids.
