Whenever my child feels like its their body not mine and its not like anyones gonna see them unless i have a whore for a kid.

it depends on why they want to wear thongs.. and yes 15 is to young she probly only wants to wear them to show off...i think 17 id an appropriate age..plus there is no point in wearing thongs anyway i didnt wear them until i was 18 and even then it was just to say i had a thong on

yes, letting a girl under 15 wear thongs and g-strings is way to young. A parent that lets there daughter wear such underwear is promoting sex. It is more likely for a girl to get pregnant if she is allowed to wear underwear that promotes sex and sexual thoughts of wanting to be sexy.
I think an appropriate age for letting a girl wear thongs and g-strings is 18 years of age. Any younger than that, a parent is just asking her teen daughter to go out and have sex with a boy and eventually get pregnant.

I think it depends on thej maturity of the child and why she wants to wear it. If she thinks they are more comfortable (as many women do) I think 14 or 15 would be fine. Especially if she has money to buy them for herself.

i'd say when you decide she is old enough to date and has a job so she can use her own money to buy them...i didnt start wearing them until i was like 18 or 19, i always thought they would be so uncomfortable...but now i find them to be as comfortable if not more so then regular panties. i'd also say it depends on why she wants to wear them.

I started at age 12...But i never let them hang out like sum gurls do tho..I think that looks skanky...I think the good age would be around 13-14...

After the age of 14. They're trashy looking,but I've still known mothers of 5 yr olds buy them for their kids
