Who is the most determined person(not counting naruto,and sasuke)to prove them selves?

Rock Lee. Zabuza was too confident in his abilities, in my opinion, since he had some experience. Also, Orochimaru seems too confident that he can take down people as well. When both face a tough enemy, they simply get stressed and attempt to turn their ninjutsu and awareness up a notch, but they don't seem to push themselves physically and mentally the way Rock Lee does.
Furthermore, unlike Rock Lee, though they've done a lot of interesting jutsu, I don't think they've been as innovative. Orochimaru just has to use different types of ninjutsu and summons if he wants to increase pressure on the enemy. Also, Zabuza had a lot of tricks up his sleeve (ex: the water prison, the Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu, the waterfall jutsu), but he has never combined them in a unique way that would make you go "Whoa! I didn't see that coming" unlike Naruto, Sasuke, and others.When he realized that he had a problem fighting Kakashi, he just switched from one jutsu to another, but never thought of a novel way to overcome Kakashi's Sharingan. Though Zabuza and Kakashi have experience and a lot of jutsu, the determination isn't reflected in their attitude or their fighting styles.
Normally, excluding Naruto or Sasuke, Neji would win. He's smart and has the ability to assess the situation quickly and act accordingly (ex: when he fought that six-armed spider ninja, he found ways to cover for his blind spot and counter his summoning techniques). Neji, though, is also a little too overconfident in his abilities. When he believes a foe is weak, he will simply talk about his opinions on the strong and weak. He doesn't show determination in toppling his foe all the time.
Rock Lee definitely wins. Even though he may not always combine taijutsu moves in never-before-seen ways, he has the determination all of the time. Since he's not as cocky as some other characters, no matter what enemy he's facing, he always gives his all and doesn't hesitate to finish the person off with strong taijutsu if necessary. His determination is an advantage because he makes sure he can't give the enemy time. Rock Lee always has the determination to always push his body and his mind, regardless of the situation.

If I have to pick from the people you listed I'd say Rock Lee. Zabuza and Orochimaru aren't really trying to prove themselves much. Also I wouldn't really say that Neji is actually trying to prove himself, because he has decided on how he sees things, and doesn't really give a crap what anyone thinks of him. Rock Lee however is trying to prove that even with no ninjutsu or genjutsu he can be a great ninja. If I don't have to pick from the people you have listed I would probably say either Sumaru or Kimimaro.

Sorry but Neji is a boy and he fought, ohhh thats what you mean you mean Hinata ok sorry about that. I wish Rock Lee won because he seems to go through a lot of crud and still never comes out on top. I glad though that he comes back.

Sakura Im not too sure about how to put it into words but I know she does try to prove herself to Ino, Naruto, Sasuke(the most) and Kakashi Sensai.
