well i lost my cell phone and i called the company to disonnect the line ,but know i bought a knew phone ...so my question is i was wondering if i can just call the company and ask them to re-connect it...but i dont know if thats possible or not.

If you mean transfer your old number to the new phone, then technically it is possible. Some networks may have to issue you with a new SIM card, others don't. Some networks - although technically can do it say they can't because it's too much hassle for them.

They may charge you for the transfer

Give them a call

Call the company and ask them to send to a new sim card with the same number. They will do it.

Yes, you should be able to get the same number. However, i suggest you spend less time on this phone, and more time on your grammar exercises, especially the ones that teach you the difference between now, and know and new and knew.

Yes you can call the company back and connect service again, but did they cancel it or suspend it? If you called to cancel they may have charged you a fee to cancel. Check into it.
