I'm not sure if you should go or not. Here you are taking up a job someone would probably value and actually needs, but if you go back, you will probably get a job for one of the many American companies like the one I was laid off from, and then you will still be taking away a job from someone who needs it. And you will be able to live really well there while the rest of us go to the food bank and lose our houses.

you have lived in USA for (i am guessing ) nearly 5 years. How many times have you visited back home?
My brother has been in USA for nearly 9 years. and 2 years ago he came back to survey if he can move back. I am sorry to say that he was very disappointed with our third world situation. he said that he is now so much used to the easy life style in USA that he can never come back to this much corrupt, lazy, poor, suffering from load-shedding and diseased country.
SO i guess if you are willing to accept these type of facts of life then do move back to India otherwise stay put. because there are millions of people who would like to be where you are right now. Have your family visit you and go visit them for few weeks and then decide.
