I have all these necklaces that have gemstones in them and I like to wear them alot but whenever I wear them the gemstones fall out! How do I keep this from happening? Is there some sort of glue? I hate having to get rid of them because the stones have all fallen out.

If the stones are mounted on the necklaces using prongs or bezels, take them to a jeweler. They'd be able to determine if they can be repaired or not. If they are glued onto the necklace, there are a few different adhesives you can try such as G-S Hypo Cement, E6000, or an epoxy. You should be able to get at least one of these kind of adhesives at your local craft supply store.

This link contains information on the different types of adhesives and their uses. You can also purchase them on this site as well.

It sounds as if the prongs holding the stones in have come loose.
If you atr talking real gem stones you should take the pieces to a jeweler for repair. Don't try glue.

Take them to have them cleaned regularly. When they clean them, they will also tighten them up so that the stones won't fall out.
