I would look into the flaxseed oil thing before you start taking it. I've read a couple of places online that it's NOT suitable for pregnant women. I use omega-3 fish oil tablets from promise stages. You can order it online. Good Luck!!!!

Yes, and also eating fish will give you Omega-3's. I think they even have Omega-3 supplements now at the health food store, such as GNC. Good luck!

You are looking for flax seed oil, you can also get it at (almost) any pharmacy.

I would stay away from fish oil and too much (not sure how much is too much) fish like salmon because it contains mercury.

As always, ask your doctor.
