Well, I am a guitar player (sorta), looking to get a bass.
All I've ever had is an acoustic guitar, so I know NOTHING what so ever about electics. Any advice thus far, would be apprechiated.
I also know little about basses. I know brands like Fender or something are obviously good, but who is one of the best? Who does basses the best?
I also need info about Amps. What is a good one for a begginer? Brand?
Absoulty ANYTHING you have to tell me would be apprechiated.

You can get some pretty good starter deals with bass and amp and some accesories. Even on ebay.
Best thing is to go to a local guitar shop and have a look, ask the staff for help. See which feel good.
I play BC Rich and Ibanez.
