well i cannot understand very well your problem, or problems
but here it goes:
0.32/x = 1/3
3(0.32)=x

x/7 = 5/11
x=35/11

5/9 = x/22
x=22(5)/9

I'm pretty sure this is the same as cross multiplication, so...

5/9 = x/22
multiply the means 9*x
multiply the extremes 5*22

Set the product of the means equal to the product of the extremes and solve for x.
9x = 5*22

I'll leave you that little bit left over all since all of the problems are the same type, you should be able to solve them all the same way.

Hope this helps. Good Luck.
