It can be done through other techniques too. Simply by sitting in an uncomfortable position when being asked your name extra can distort your supposedly honest answerer's. When it comes to trying to catch you out, sit comfortably and imagine the questions to you are lies-as if some one is telling you a whopper but you keep a straight face. Stare between the eyes of the asker, around the eyebrows, it makes you feel Superior!!! Try it at work tomorrow.

Would not need to beat a lie detector, because I don't tell lies. It would defo beat me anyway, because I just cant lie to save my life. I used to try when I was a little girl but I always got found out.

My nerves are shot to hell so my test would probably confuse the truth for a lie and a lie for the truth. If they asked me my name the damn needles would be all over the place even if I was telling the truth! I can't stand that kind of pressure.

I don't think so, one thing I am not good at is lying.

They say that if tighten your anus when asked questions, it has the same effect of a lie, so if you tighten it always, you should be able to pass the test!

No, it would take plenty of practise, moderating breathing, heart rate and perspiration.
Thankfully not that many people are that deceitful.
