I used I liked this guy but now I don't because he is always mean to me, and then he wonders why I'm mad at him.I saw him as a friend at first, but now I feel like STRANGLING him!!He's always following me around.Is this some pathetic way of showing me that he likes me?Should I continue ignoring him?Do I talk to him?What should I do?

Sounds he's too stupid to tell or show you how he feels about you and this is his pathetic attempt at trying to show you. Sounds like he's a loser and immature. Ignore him until he grows up and find yourself a real man!

honestly I think you should go up to him and ask him why he is mean to you and then tell him that if he likes you then why didn't he say so in the first place and I think he was being mean to you because he likes you, Just talk it out with him and I really think you'll get a good result. Get a face to face with him in public
Ask him straight out what gives
Stay in public so he cannot go too crazy
If he backs down you will have witnesses
Stay cool with him until he declares his intent
