changing pics to urs address?

i have pics saved on my computer there not on a site yet thats what im tryin to do but the only way to submit them pics is if they are in url format

Go to a picture hosting site like http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.villagephotos.com

They are free.

Signup, Just upload your picture, and they will give you a URL address to the picture. Just copy and paste that url address to wherever you need to put that url in.
