Are you trying to download them so you can listen to them like an mp3 player, or are you wanting to use them as ringtones? If you want to use them as ringtones, just go to http://www.phonesherpa.com/ and upload your audio file into the ringtone editor, it will convert it to the appropriate file format for your phone. You get a free credit when you create an account and don't have to sign up for a subscription.

You cannot play those files, either u need to convert to mp3 bcz i hv the same mobile... try using mp3 convertor, convert it and then upload it on to ur mobile using bluetooth or cable
