Call you local social security office and explain the situation and ask them.

no it is not and a employer is not paying taxes while the employee is on disability and not working the employer does not pay the disability to the employee, the state pays the employee...

Sounds kinda cheapass to me??what are yu trying to do?? make em quit???afraid yur insurance will go up???typical big business? all about the bucks?? cheapo!!
